1. Request deletion by email
Email [email protected] with “SNO Cabs account deletion” in the subject. Include the mobile number registered to your account, with its country code, and say that you want your account and associated personal information deleted.
Do not include passwords, payment-card details or one-time login codes. Support may need to verify that the account belongs to you before processing your request.
The email link opens your email app. Review and send your message to submit the request. Opening the link alone does not submit a request.
2. Request deletion in the app
Sign in to Snocabs, open Profile, then Settings. Select Request account deletion, choose Contact support, and submit the deletion request.
You do not need to reinstall the app to request deletion. Use the email route above if you cannot access your account.
3. What happens next
Support reviews the request and verifies account ownership. Ask support to confirm the expected completion time and whether any outstanding ride, payment or dispute needs attention.
A deletion request does not cancel a booking. Manage upcoming rides through the app or contact ride support before your pickup time.
4. Account information and retained records
Your request covers your account and associated personal information, including profile details, saved addresses, trusted contacts, journey and location information, and support records held in connection with your account.
Some records may need to remain for applicable legal, payment, dispute-resolution, security or fraud-prevention purposes. Contact AT Leasing to confirm which records apply to your request, why they are needed, and how long they will be retained.
